New Mexico's White Bandana Campaign
On the way to the Memorial Day Weekend Red River Run between Espanola and Taos my Trike broke down. I just want to say thank you to all who passed me and waved, but yet no one stopped to help. Oh, I will tell you, I was pissed. I even stood on my bike and resigned of all my positions, it even echoed through the canyon. But then when I saw all these persons in Red River, and I as I gave them dirty looks and a piece of my mind, they apologized, they said they thought I had just pulled over and did not realize I had broke down.
So, that being said, Vice Chairman of the NMMRO Courtney Farris suggested that everyone carry a white bandana during their travels and if your bike breaks down, tie the white bandana to your handlebar, as a sign that you need assistance, I want to thank Psycho, Dolores, my brother Del, and to the ShadowRiders MC for helping me get my bike transported to Taos and back to Albuquerque. I think I have forgiven and maybe in time will forget LOL. As New Mexico's MRF representative I am also going to put this out on a national level and hopes this takes off throughout the United States so all while follow this example. God Bless you all.
